Please note our 2 single rooms are not en-suite. They share a shower and toilet. They are £36.00 per night or £245.00 per week.
Directions
Follow the A30 until you reach the large roundabout at St. Erth. From this roundabout take the second exit and continue to the mini-roundabout ahead. Go straight ahead. When you reach the second mini roundabout turn right onto the A3074 and continue through the village of Lelant and on through Carbis Bay,a distance of about 3 miles.
As you enter St.Ives you will pass a Ford garage on your right hand side, continue round to your left and straight down the hill (the sea is on your right) and round the right hand bend at the bottom of the hill.
You will have a road junction in front of you at this point go straight ahead past the Porthminster Hotel (the sea is on your right). Continue down hill until you reach a sharp left hand bend, as you round this bend The Regent is on your right hand side. Please stop your car at the front of the hotel and unload your luggage we will direct you to your parking place.
